Jackson Wink Academy Grand Opening
There’s been a buzz, whispers, rumors even, and now after a lot of construction we’ve all been invited to the highly anticipated grand opening of the new Jackson Wink MMA Academy this Saturday, October 31st.
Jackson Wink is already world renowned as one of the top gyms in all of combat sports. The new building is a step forwards for the entire industry, with the building that prepares world class fighters being more then a gym, it’s now a facility. On Saturday Mike Winkeljohn & Greg Jackson are inviting the whole Albuquerque community to come check out the new facility from 10am – noon.
During that time current and former UFC fighters, along with local fighter will be on hand for a meet and greet, autographs, pictures, and a open work out. Tours of the facility will also be happening. A ticket giveaway has also been set up for the official Holly Holm viewing part at the Route 66 Casino’s, Legends Theater.
Jackson Wink Academy is home to UFC Woman’s Bantamweight number 1 contender and former multiple time boxing world champion Holly Holm, Former UFC Heavyweight champion and contender Andrei Arlovski, UFC Lightweight title challenger Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone, UFC Welterweight title challenger “The Natural Born Killer” Carlos Condit, TUF winners John Dodson and the original show winner Diego Sanchez; just to name a few.
