Pair of KickBoxing Bouts Add to Dynamite 2
Bellator president Scott Croker brought his idea to have a combined combat sports event featuring KickBoxing and MMA with him when he took over at Bellator. With 4 MMA bouts already announced for main card Dynamite 2, it’s now been announced that they will be joined by a 2 KickBoxing bouts, one featuring men and the other women.
In the mens bout former multiple time world Muay Thia champion Kevin “The Soul Assassin” Ross (31-9), who’s coming off a Bellator Kickboxing 1, unanimous decision win over Matteo Taccini, will take on Justin “J-Ho” Houghton (7-2) of the Grudge training Center.
On the women’s side Denise Kielholtz (44-2) faces Gloria Peritore (10-1-1). Kielholtz made and won her promotional debut at Bellator KickBoxing 1, while Peritore at the same event knocked out Li Mingrui.
Dynamite 2 is June 24th at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Missouri.
