Pair of Ranked match-ups added to UFC Fight Night 128
The UFC has announced a pair of top 15 ranked additions to April’s UFC Fight Night 128, in Atlantic City.
On a quick turnaround number 11 ranked Thiago “Marreta” Santos (17-5) clashes with former 2 division WSOF champion, number 8 ranked contender David Branch (21-4). Santos won his 4th straight by knock out 6 days ago in Brazil, against Anthony Smith. Branch will be looking to rebound from a September TKO loss to Luke Rockhold, which ended a 11 fight win streak.
Undefeated, number 14 ranked contender, Brett “The Pikey” Johns (15-0) coming off a December, calf slicer of Joe Soto, collides with number 9 ranked contender, Aljamain “Funk Master” Sterling (14-3), who’s coming off getting knocked out by Marlon Moraes in December.
