Again Borics get a New Opponent for Bellator 196
Undefeated, Hungarian, Adam Borics is now on to his third different opponent for the co-main event of Bellator 196.
The newest news is that the 24 year old, nicknamed “The Kid”, will take on Bulgarian, Teodor Nikolov (11-1). Borics (6-0) has 4 finishes, all submissions, including a rear naked choke of Anthony Taylor at Bellator 177. Nikolov is on a 6 fight win and has all 11 of his win by stoppage 3 knock outs and 8 submissions.
Originally Borics was going to face James Gallagher in the Bellator 196 main event. Gallagher’s withdrawal due to injury, saw Benson Henderson vs Roger Huerta put together as the new main event. Borics was then set to face Manuel Gaxhja, who has also fell to the injury bug.
Bellator 196 is set for April 6, at Bok Hall in Budapest, Hungary and the main card can be seen the Paramount Network.
