3 Additions & A Subtraction to JacksonWink Fight Night 3
Less then a week since the announcement press conference for JacksonWink Fight Night 3, one fight has fallen off the pro card, but no fear 2 have been added.
JacksonWink Fight Night 3 is scheduled for June 2, at the Isleta Resort & Casino. Without a reason given Celine Haga vs. Stacy Sigala is no longer on the card.
Newly added at Bantamweight Gene “the Kid” Perez of Perez Fighting Systems will square off with China’s Pengshuai Lui, who’s training at JacksonWink MMA. After taking 2016 off of MMA, to compete in Boxing. Perez went 2-1 in the cage in 2017. The Belen fighter knocked out Johnny Guillen at Southwest Brawl 6. A month later Perez dropped a decision to Kevin Wirth at KOTC: EL Diadblo. Perez was last in the cage at Scl 62, when submitted Joe Guerrero. Lui a One Championship vet, knocked out his first 3 opponents and then went on a 3 fight skid. Liu last fought in August submitting Jomanz Omanz.
In his pro debut Juan Gandrar Submitted Steven Ojeda, now he welcomes to the pro ranks Clay Matza from JacksonWink MMA, a Frank Lester protege. On the amateur side of the card in the featherweight division Randy Baker from JacksonWink MMA faces Julian Chavez from Force of One.
