Freire vs. Willis Among 9 Additions to Bellator 249
The card for Bellator MMA’s primetime debut on CBS Sports Network now has ten-fights in place.
The co-main event will see newly signed, former LFA welterweight champion, Jaleel “The Realest” Willis against Bellator staple, Patricky “Pitbull” Freire. “Pitbull” has won seven of his last eight fights.
In bantamweight action, former LFA champion Leandro “Pitbull” Higo takes on former CFFC champion Ricky Bandejas. At lightweight heavy-handed Saad Awad will face Madek Nallo, who has 100% finishing rate to round out the main card.
Highlights of the prelims include UFC vet, “Curtious” Curtis Millender taking on former world champion kickboxer Joe “Stich ‘em Up” Schilling. Unbeaten light-heavyweight prospect Christian Edwards meets Hamza Salim, who has an 80% knockout rate. Unbeaten welterweight prospect Kyle Crutchmer squares off with Kemran Lachinov whose won his last seven-fights.
