The T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas Nevada hosts UFC 272 featuring one of the most anticipated grudge matches in UFC history.
Former best friends and title challengers Colby “Chaos” Covington & Jorge “Gamebred” Masvidal are ready to settle their differences inside the world famous octagon. The inital cause of friction a reportedly shorted payment towards a longtime Masdival coach from Covington.
Covington is a cardio machine and former interim welterweight champion who applies relentless pressure constantly mixing levels changes and looking for takedowns. “Chaos” has been a solid competitor his whole UFC career but it wasn’t until he became a conterversail character that he found main stream attention. Masvidal had his first professional fight in 2003 but was throwing down in Maimi backyards long before. The fighter nicknamed “Gamebred’ took his career to another level moving to welterweight and running off consecutive knockouts of Darren Till, Ben Askren, & Nate Diaz; to win the “BMF” title.
