UFC Fight Night London gets Blaydes vs Aspinall Headliner
In July the UFC will return to London for a second time in 2022 with a top ten Heavyweight showdown.
In the main event number four ranked contender Curtis “Razor” Blaydes will square off with number six Tom Aspinall.
Blaydes the all time leader in takedowns in UFC Heavyweight history grinded out Jairzinho Rozenstruik for unanimous decision victory. The elevation fight team train competitor showed off his evolving striking game knocking out Chris Daukaus in March.
Aspinall has secure finishes in all five of his UFC wins. Europe’s top heavy weight prospect thrived under the bright lights of his first UFC main event submitting Alexander Volkov with a straight arm lock in the UFC’s long awaited return to England, a week before Blaydes knocked out Daukaus.
The event is expected to take place at the O2 Arena in London England on July 23.
