Tapia Promotions MVL 1 weigh-in coverage, 1 Boxer Heavy
The scale was out at the Paradise Hills golf course in Albuquerque New Mexico for the Tapia Promotions MVL1 weigh-ins.
The five-fight card features four Boxing matches and one Bare Knuckle Boxing match.
Nine of the ten fighters on the card were able to make the official weigh-in with Carlos Ramirez arriving in the 505 later today. Of those nine, eight successfully came in at or under their contracted weight. Main event fighter Reggie Harris was the lone fight off the mark. Harris was 1.8 lbs. overweight on his first attempt. The Michigan native was five an additional two hours to cut the necessary weight. Harris opponent Josh Torres came in .6 in the 147 lb. limit.
Its a full Friday evening of Boxing at the Paradise Hills Golf Course. The JLT1 amateur card begins at 4pm MT & the MVL1 pro card at 7pm MT.
