PFC Weigh-in Coverage
Caged Minds was live on the scene at the host hotel for Peak Fighting Championship 28 early morning official weigh-ins.
The main event a battle for the vacant PFC Heavtweight title was given the go ahead as UFC vet Cody East 225 & Brazil’s Wesley de Almeida 250.4 came in under the Heavyweight limit.
The women’s catchweight co-main event also has the green light after Meaghan Penning 119.4 and Lydia Warren 120 with the towel successfully made weight.
An oversight on several of the contracts left fighters without the one pound allowance necessitating, some extra weight cutting.
The promotion will be hosting a ceremonial weigh-in’s at uptown funk inside the revel entertainment center at 5 PM MT today. Doors at the revel entertainment center open at 4:30 PM local time on fight night with the first bell set for 5:30 PM on Saturday night.
