UFC 292 Quick Results
The Ultimate Fighting Championship has rolled into Bean town for UFC 292. The TD Garden Arena in Boston Massachusetts is the background for a 12-fight card featuring a championship double header.
In the main event arguably the best Bantamweight in UFC history Aljamain “Funk Master” Sterling puts the world title on the line against against budding superstar “Suga” Sean O’Malley. Sterling has claimed victory in his last nine fights. The four most recent wins have come in championship contests beating three former UFC champions in the process.
The co-main event will see Weili Zhang begin her second reign as UFC Women’s Strawweight champion by defending against the number five ranked Amanda Lemos. After losing the title Weili got back in contention by knocking out Joanna Jedrzejczyk and reclaimed the title by submitting Carla Esparza. Lemos has won seven of her last eight times. In her last two fights the Brazilian fighter has impressed by submitting Michelle Waterson-Gomez & knocking out Marina Rodriguez.
