12-Fights make up JW Fight Night 6 card
The latest update to the JW Fight Night 6 card gives us a completed 12-fight card.
The amateur side of the card has increased to nine-fights after three recent additions. In the Featherweight division Leo Bitsui from Sandoval Fight Systems makes his debut against Eric Flores from Wild West MMA who has one bout in the cage under belt. At Middleweight Quayshan Randelson from JacksonWink will have his third mma fight as he meets the debuting Sebfastian Renteria from Wild West MMA. And in the matchup of the two fighters with the biggest resumes on the amateur card in Women’s Bantamweight action four fight vet Dayna Kalasz meet eleven fight vet Claire Schneckloth.
The JacksonWink Academy will be host to combat pozzola over the weekend of December 1 & 2. Two days featuring three combat sports events under one roof. Friday night is JW Fight Night 6 MMA action in both the amateur and professional ranks. Saturday morning the Jackson Wink Invite Only Submission Tournament 3. And Saturday evening is the first ever Jackson Wink Kickboxing Championships event. Both the grappling and kickboxing matches will take place inside the same cage as the JW Fight Night card.
The JW Fight Night series has been a proving ground that has helped propel fighters to greater heights and has showcased big show veterans. Steve Garcia used it as springboard to the UFC. Both Chris Brown and Harvey Park went on to win LFA titles. For the second time, this time in the main event multiple time Heavyweight Champion Cody East is involved. New Mexico Legend, WEC & UFC vet, former Legacy FC Flyweight champ Damacio Page had his retirement fight at the Second event. The first show was headlined by UFC veteran Joby Sanchez.
