Welterweight Title Fight Headlines Bellator Championship Series Dublin
The Bellator Welterweight Championship will be on the line when the promotion returns to Ireland in June.
June 22nd Bellator Championship Series Dublin takes place at the 3Arena Dublin. In the main event Jason Jackson defends his 170 lbs. title against unbeaten Ramazan Kurmagomedov.
This past November Jason knocked off Yaroslav Amosov from atop the Bellator Welterweight mountain by a third round TKO. In February won his eighth in a row stopping two-time PFL season winner Ray Cooper III by second round TKO.
Kurmagomedov won his PFL debut in 2018 over Robert Hale. Success followed everywhere he went including to the Contenders Series, Cage Fury FC, UAE Warriors, & Eagle FC before signing with Bellator. Kurmagomedov has quickly climbed the ladder in Bellator with a first round TKO of Jaleel Willis & a rear naked choke of Randall Wallace.
