UFC Fight Night 81 Adds 1 Changes 1
Number 8 ranked Lightweight contender Beneil Daruish (12-1) has been sidelined by injury and the UFC has also announced a Light Heavyweight bout for UFC Fight Night 81.
Replacing Daruish against Mairbek Taisumov (24-5), who’s on a knockout win streak of 3, will be Chris Wade (10-1), who’s 3-0 in the UFC and won 5 straight overall.
The new addition to the card will see Brazilian Francimar Barroso (17-4) welcoming Russian Abdul-Kerim Edilov (16-4) to the octagon. Barroso is 2-1 in the UFC coming off a May unanimous decision win over Ryan Jimmo. Edilov has won 10 straight all by stoppage and overall has 8 knock outs and 7 submission wins.
