UFC on Fox 25 adds Bermudez vs. Elkins
A meeting between number 10 ranked Featherweight contender Dennis “The Menace” Bermudez (16-6) & number 12 ranked Darren “The Damage” Elkins (22-5) has been added to UFC on Fox 25.
Bermendz headed into his February 4th meeting with Can Sung Jung, on the heels of consecutive unanimous decision victories over Tatsuya Kawajiri and Rony Jason, but left the bout on the wrong side of a 1st round TKO loss.
Elkins is on a 4 fight win streak with unanimous decision wins over Rob Whiteford, Chas Skelly, and Godofedo Pepey. In his most recent victory Elkins pulled off one of the biggest come back of the year, after being beat up for the first two rounds, Elkins dug deep to score a 3rd round TKO of Mirsad Bektic.
UFC on FOX 25 takes place July 22 at NYCB LIVE in Uniondale, N.Y.
