Fightworld MMA 20 Thanksgiving Weekend featuring a Title Fight
The most prestigious words in all of MMA are Champion. November 27th Fightworld MMA 20 will crown an amateur Flyweight champion.
This past August Fightworld MMA successfully returned to “The Land of Enchantment” nearly 11 years after FightWorld MMA 17 at the New Mexico State Fair grounds. Fightworld MMA 19 was a 10-fight card producing eight exciting finishes.
Two days after Thanksgiving Fit NHB’s Hondo Gutierrez & Roswell’s Juwan Williams-Smith vie for entry into the exclusive club of fighters who have worn the Fightworld Championship belt including names such as Gerald Lovato, Adam Oakey, Lorenzo Coca, & Jerald Cedillo among others. A State Champion wrestler from Rio Grande High School Gutierrez has secured both his amateur MMA victories by submission. Williams-Smith a Michigan native fighting out of Roswell has been a bit more judicious picking up wins by knockout, submission, & decision.
The card will include competitors from Fit NHB, Duke City MMA, Winks Family Gym, JacksonWink, Bone Crusher, Deserts Dynasty MMA, 10th Planet El Paso, Sandoval Fighting Systems, & Baca Fight Systems. Fightworld MMA 20 takes place at the Fit NHB Martial Arts Complex 1010 Candelaria RD NW. The card below is subject to change before we get to fight night and the bout order is not yet finalized.
