Bellator MMA Signs Daniwl Weichel
Top German Featherweight Daniel “The Weasel” Weichel (31-8) has signed with Bellator MMA and is expected to debut with the promotion as part of the 2014 Featherweight tournament.
Weichel is 13-2 in his last 15 fights. Currently “The Weasel”, a member of Team MMA Spirit has won 3 consecutive bouts all by submission over Semen Tyrlya, Georgi Stoyanov, and Artiom Damkovsky. Weichel has 17 wins in the 1st round. Out of 31 wins “The Weasel” has 26 stoppage victories with 5 KO/TKO’s and 19 submissions. The majority of Weichel’s, last 3 years of fights have taken place under the M-1 banner.
