Pitbull Torres vs. Harrison on Golovkin vs. Stevens Undercard
Team Tapia’s Josh “The Pitbull” Torres (12-2-1, 5 KO’s) will be heading to the big apple to take on 3X golden gloves winner Dusty Hernandez Harrison (17-0, 10 KO’s), on November 2.
Torres is currently on a 5 fight winning streak that includes defeating Bernardo Guereca (UD), Jose Luis Sanchez (TKO), and Marcus Brashears (UD); thus far in 2013. Pitbulls is known to bit his opponents with viscous hooks to the body. This will be on the 3rd fight for Torres out side of New Mexico and his first bout on the east coast.
Harrison from Washington DC, as an amateur fought more then 200 times. As a pro Harrison has finished 4 fights in the first round. So far in 2013 Harrison is 6-0 defeating Kely Wright (TKO), Aaron Anderson (UD), Jonathan Garcia (UD), Eddie Soto (TKO),Ben Ankrah (UD), and Guillermo Valdes (TKO). Valdes and Soto are the only two fighters Harrison faced, who posted winning records records.
Torres vs. Harrison is be on the undercard of the HBO, Gennady Golovkin vs. Curtis Stevens WBA Middleweight title fight at the world famous Madison Square Garden in New Yory, New York.
