Drysdale replaced by Villante vs. Donovan at UFC 167
Cody Donovan (8-3) is now going to face(10-4) at UFC 167 after Robert Drysdale was denied a license to fight in Nevada, after Drysdale in an out of competition drug test tested with elevated testosterone to epitestosterone levels.
Dovan is coming off a knockout loss to Ovince St. Preux at UFC Fight Night 26. The loss to a put to a 4 fight winning streak that include a promotional debut knockout win over Nick Penner at UFC on FX 6.
Villante made his promotional debut at UFC 159 and dropped a majority decision to Ovince St. Perx in a bout that was cut shot due to an eye poke. The loss snapped what a 3 fight win streak in Strikeforce.
UFC 167 takes place on November 16 at he MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas Nevada; and is headlined by Johnny Hendricks challenging Georges St. Pierre for the UFC Welterweight title.
