Lawsuit: James Martinez vs. The NMAC
James Martinez has file a petition against the state New Mexico Athletic Commission. Mr. Martinez says that the commission is not do there job by turning a blind eye and letting unsanctioned fights take place. Mr. Martinez is also looking to make public that commission members are abusing there powers by giving away tickets, having contest for tickets, and promoting events which is against the law; while a commission member.
