Tony Valdez on being a Fighter, Father & Role Model
“Return of the Warrior” on January 25, at the Buffalo Thunder Casino, will see in the main event Tony “The Warrior” Valdez faces Jaime “El Fama” Gutierrez. The two had been scheduled to headline the September 2013 New Mexico Pride and Glory card, before Gutierrez was forced to withdraw. Valdez instead lost to Felipe Castaneda via controversial 8th round TKO. We also talk about getting back in contention for a WBC title shot, and coaching his son basketball team. “The Warrior” also opens up about the community and being a role model in for northern, New Mexico.
