Chavez vs. Cedeno Joins UFC 170
Filling the vacant slot on the UFC 170 card left by the cancellation of Rustam Khabilov vs. Rafael dos Anjos, will be Ernest Chavez (6-0) against Yosdenis Cedeno (9-2).
The Chavez vs. Cedeno bout is not totally taking the spot of Khabilov vs. dos Anjos; which was to be on the pay per view main card. The main card slot will be filled by Mike Pyle (25-9-1) vs. TJ Waldburger (16-8). Chavez vs. Cedeno will be seen on the UFC Fight Pass.
Chavez has 3 wins by (T)KO including his last 2 wins over Tom Gloudeman (KO) and Jorge Valdez (TKO).
Cedeno is currently on a 6 fight winning streak including most recently being on the winning side of a split decision against Torrance Taylor.
