Cisneros Meets El Halabi in Clash of Champions
A champion vs. champion match has been announced for May 10th in Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany, with Victoria “La Reina de Guerra” Cisneros (11-14-2, 4KO) the WBC Silver Welterweight champion heading to hostile territory to face Rola El Halabi (13-1, 7KO) the WBF Female Light Welterweight World Chmpion. The two ladies will be competing for the vacant WIBA Light Welterweight title & UBF World Female Light Welterweight title.
Cisneros also a trainer at the Reina de Guerra gym in Albuquerques south valley, has won 6 of her last 7, including a 3 fight win streak; over DJ Morrison (UD), Kita Watkins (UD), and Paty Ramirez (TKO). According to Boxrec.com Cisneros is ranked as the number 2 Female Welterweight in America and number 5 Female in the World. This will be the 1st time in 4 years that Cisneros will fight outside of North America
El Halabi who will be the home town favorite is ranked as the number 1 Female Light Welterweight in Germany and the number 10 Female Light Welterweight in the World. Since a majority decision loss to Luica Morelli, El Halabi has rebounded with wins over Dalia Vasarhelyi (UD) and Sopo Putkaradze (TKO).
