PFL announces Third regional Branch
The Professional Fighters League has announced they’ll be further expanding into Africa with PFL Africa.
PFL Africa will have a regular season and playoffs to crowns champions like the other PFL brands. The talent pool will consist of African fighters with events being hosted across the continent.
“I am excited and honored to serve as Chairman of PFL Africa, a league that will shape the very foundation of African MMA,” said Francis Ngannou, Chairman PFL Africa. “As we have seen there is a great wealth of talent in Africa just waiting to be given a global stage. The PFL has already started to build their cabinet with feeder leagues. PFL Africa will join PFL Europe & PFL Mena in developing local talent for the Global PFL season and the ultimate goal of a world championship.
