
Edwards & Rabadanov makes Statement in Advancing to PFL World Tournament Semifinals

The potential of Fabian Edwards was considered to be sky high. That potential was against realized and could it be a breakthrough win. Since earning a shot at the Bellator Middleweight title Fabian Edwards has failed to measure up to what was expected until the PFL World Tournament Quarterfinals. Edwards sliced open former PFL Light heavyweight champion Impa Kasangany with slashing elbows. A straight left in the second dropping Kasangany the follow up punches securing Edwards his biggest win under the PFL banner.
In the semifinals Edwards will face grappler Josh Silveira who beat Mike Shipman by unanimous decision. The other Middleweight semifinal it will be a rematch from Bellator as Aaron Jeffery, who got the better side of a split decision with Murad Ramazanov, will face Dalton Rosta who submitted former PFL Welterweight champion Sadibou Sy by D’Arce choke.
At Lightweight 2025 PFL champion Gadzhi Rabadanov caught a kick Marc Diakiese ground and pounding to a 32 second knockout. Rabandanov will see Jay Jay Wilsonin the semifinals. Wilson ground and pounded his way to a win over Mad Burnell to advance.
The other Lightweight semifinal came other after Alfie Davis nailed Clay Collard with a spinning elbow and a combination of hooks and Brent Pimus submitted Vinicius Cenis by rear naked choke.
