Lightweight Title Rematch headlines BKFC 76
BKFC will run back an instant classic for their debut in the Lone Star State.
In October 2024 BKFC made their debut in Spain with the vacant Lightweight title on the line. Franco Tenaglia and Tony Soto would engage in an absolutely barnburner leaving both men unrecognizable from when they entered the ring. Tenaglia would edge out Soto to take the victory by majority decision.
A fight that epic it’s no surprise that there will have a continuation. The first installment was easily BKFC fight of the year for 2024. The Forth Worth Arena will host BKFC 76 on June 21 in Texas.
Tenaglia’s power punching has curried the judges favor as he also prevailed over James Lilley by majority decision to win the inaugural BKFC European Lightweight Championship. The Argentina is on a 3-fight win streak in BKFC.
Soto will look to rebound from his first loss after six consecutive wins in the squared circle. Soto last two wins came over Englishman Tyler Goodjohn and UFC vet Kevin Croom.
