World Title Fight Headlines Coalition 2

The first Coalition professional World Title Fight is set for Coalition 2.

The main event of Coalition 2 will see Nicholas Gjelaj against Matt Munoz for the inaugural Coalition 125 lbs. Muay Thai world championship. The bout had been scheduled for Coalition 1 back in January until Munoz was forced to pull out.

Gjelaj remained on the Coalition 1 card after a slew of opponent changes eventually moving up 15 lbs. to make a fight happen. Nicholas Gjelaj put on an absolute show beating Robert Moxisek by unanimous decision.

Caoalition 2 is set for June 14th at the Manuel Lujan Complex in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

A Jacksonwink trained mma fighter, Gjelaj has been getting his Muay Thai in at Kingdom. Gjelaj turnned pro after an extensive amateur run that included more than forty fights. Texan Matt Munoz has FRC & USMTA titles on his resume to go along with a ranking in the WBC.

Coalition does have an event coming up very soon. April 19th Shrine Auditorium in San Antonio, Texas hosts Wild Card a 15-fight card.
