4 Fights Added to UFC 163, including Drysdale vs. Oliveira

In a very busy week of announcements from the UFC 4 fights have been added to UFC 163 which takes place on August 3, at the HSBC Arena in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. At Light Heavyweight BJJ ace Robert Drysdale (6-0) meets Ednaldo Oliveira (13-1-1).
Robert Drysdale is undefeated with all his wins by 1st round submission, including most recently choking out DJ Linderman. Ednaldo Oliveira will be looking to bounce back from a UFC 142 , promotional debut submission loss to Gabriel Gonzaga, in a fight that took place at Heavyweight.
Featherweights collide when Josh “The Gentleman” Clopton (6-1-1) of the Skrap Pack faces Constrictor Team’s Pani Yahya (18-7). Josh Clopton has not fought since a UFC debut decision loss to Steven Siler at the TUF 14 finale in December of 2011. Rani Yahya has won 3 of his last 4 fights with wins over Mike Brown (UD), Josh Grispi (SUB), and Mizuto Hirota (UD).
In the Women’s Bantamweight division MMA Masters Amanda Nunes (7-3) clashes with Sheila “The German Tank” Gaff (10-5-1). For Nunes this fight will be her UFC debut, looking to bounce back from a unanimous decision loss to Sarah D’Alelio at Invicta FC 4. Gaff is coming off a UFC 159, TKO loss to Sara McMann; which ended a 4 fight winning streak.
In a Welterweight scrap TUF 16’s Bristol Marunde (12-8) goes to battle with TUF Brazil 2’s Viscardi Andrade (13-5). Marunde is coming off of suffering a KO loss to Clint Hester at the TUF 17 finale. Viscardi Andrade has won 6 fight in a row including consecutive TKO’s of Paulo Silva and Michel Vaz.
UFC 163 is headlined by Anthony “Showtime” Pettis challenging Jose Aldo for the UFC Featherweight title.
