Country vs. country in battles between top prospects. The main event a title fight, this is what RFA has in store for RFA 29 on August 21st at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Fall South Dakota.

The teams are U.S.A. vs. Brazil, with special honorary coaches UFC World Welterweight Champion “Ruthless” Robbie Lawler & former UFC Light Heavyweight champion Lyoto “The Dragon” Machida

The main event will see for team USA Ricky Musgrave (14-4) battling team Brazil’s Raoni Barcelos (8-1) for the vacant RFA Featherweight title. Musgrave a former U.S. Army Ranger is on a 4 fight win streak coming off a RFA 22, 1st round TKO of Alvin Robinson. Barcelos hails from Rio De Janeiro, brazil and has 5 wins by knock out. Barcelos is 2-1 mark in the RFA coming off a RFA 23 1st round knock out of Jamal Parks.

In the co-main event at Welterweight Power MMA’s Jordon Larson (6-1) representing the USA faces X Gym’s Ackson Junior (5-0) of team Brazil. Larson is 2-0 in the RFA with a decision win over Donavon Winters and a TKO of Jarrod L’Heureux. Junior has all 5 of his wins by stoppage with 4 submissions and 4 wins in the first round.

In a Woman’s Strawweight feature fight MMA Lab’s Jocelyn Jones-Lybarger (5-1) of team USA clashes with team Brazil’s Kinberly Novaes (8-2) who fights out of CM System. Lybarger is undefeated in RFA with decision wins over Rosa Acevedo, Rebecca Ruth, and Maria Rios. Novaes has won back to back fights over Jessica Doelle (TKO) and Renata Baldan; rebounding from a submission loss to former Invicta Atomwieght champion Herica Tiburcio.
