The Dirty Bird Meets Tarzan at UFC 202
As had been rumored Tim “The Dirty Bird” Means (25-7-1) will make his octagon return at UFC 202. The opponent will be fellow former KOTC Champion Sean “Tarzan” Strickland (18-1).
Means is coming off a 6-month suspension from the USADA for taking a supplement that had a band substance in it, that wasn’t on the label. Means a member of FIT NHB, is also the team captain of the New Mexico Wildbunch. Winner of 5 of his last 6 fights and is coming off a knockout of John Howard, the 17th knockout of his career.
Strickland is on a 3 fight win streak with decision decision wins over Igor Araujo and Tom Brees, plus a TKO of Alex Garcia. The 25 year old, California native, has 8 of 12 stoppage wins via knockout.
UFC 202 is August 20th at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
