LFA Returning to Sioux Falls to crown a Middleweight Champion
LFA has announced the dates for their next two events & lets us know when the middleweight tournament finals will be.
Legacy Fighting Alliance will be returning to the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, South Dakota for LFA 107 on May 14th & LFA 108 on May 21st. Prelims for both cards will stream on Facebook & both main cards will be streamed on UFC Fight Pass.
The LFA 108 main event will see the finals of the LFA middleweight title tournament where Colorado’s Josh Fremd battles Rio De Janeiro’s Gregory Rodriguez. Fremd is on a five-fight win streak which includes four finishes. While Rodrigues has won seven of his last eight fights with six stoppage wins.
Fremd advanced to the finals knocking out Bruno Oliveira at LFA 98. In fact, Fremd has won all three of his fights in the LFA octagon by first round knockout. At LFA 102 Rodrigues knocked out Al Matavao securing his slot in the finals.
