Dodson vs. Gibson rebooked to headline XMMA3
XMMA is heading to the 305 for XMMA3 “Vice City” with a main event featuring UFC vets.
The nights main event will see TUF 14 winner, two-time UFC title challenger John “The Magician” Dodson in his first post UFC bout against Cody “The Renegade” Gibson. The fight was scheduled for XMMA2 this past July but was cancelled after Dodson was involved in an automobile accident. Gibson remained on the card collecting a 44 second knockout of Louie Sanoudakis.
UFC vet Kyle Bochniak who beat Caio Urugiai by decision at XMMA1 & Marcus Brimage at XMMA3, will be in the co-main event against Bellator vet Derek “The Stallion” Campos. Former King of Pancrase and Strikeforce welterweight champion Nate “The Great” Marquardt faces tenacious Brazilian Valdir Araujo. And LFA vet, Tyler Ray who submitted Austin Jones at XMMA1 will collide with 46-fight vet John “Doomsday” Howard.
XMMA3 “Vice City” takes place November 23rd at Watsco Center in Miami, Florida.
