Former World Champion JDS part of Eagle FC 48 Headliner
Three UFC vets will make their Eagle FC debuts on May 20th.
Newly signed former UFC Heavyweight champion Junior Dos Santos will face Yorgan “The Mad Titan“ DeCastro at Eagle FC 48. The bout will be Dos Santos first since parting ways with the UFC and sees Dos Santos attentions return to MMA after a scheduled bout against Kubrat Pulev in Triller Triad Combat was cancelled. DeCastro won his promotional debut at Eagle FC 44 submitting Shaun Asher by guillotine in the first round.
In a Light-heavyweight bout between fighters returning to the cage. After going 3-1 in Bare Knuckle FC, former Bellator Middleweight champion Hector Lombard will make his return to the sport against former world title challenger Thiago Silva. The 39-year-old Brazilian is returning to the sport three years since his last fight. The two veterans combine for 55 wins and 37 have come by knockout.
