LFA 131 to Feature a Pair of Standouts on Quick Turnarounds
Both Darrius “Beast Mode” Flowers & Jalin “The Gentleman” Fuller have answered the call to return to the LFA cage two weeks after impressive victories.
Darrius Flowers will be jumping into the co-main event against former title challenger Tim “The Amazing” Hiley. This will be Flowers third fight in April. April 16th “Beast Mode” beat Tim Caron by unanimous decision. April 22nd Flowers stopped Daniel Galey by second round knockout at LFA 130. While Hiley is coming off a first-round knockout of Brain Grinnell.
Jalin Fuller will be in the feature fight welcoming Kyrgyzstan’s Myktybek Orolbay Uulu to the promotion and North America. Fuller rebounded from the first setback of his career at LFA 130 by submitting Gage Saunders with rear naked choke in the first round. In the same fashion in his last fight Uulu won by first round TKO over Peyman Haciev rebounding from his first loss.
LFA 131 take place at the Oshkosh Arena in Oshkosh, Wisconsin on May 6th. In the main event Unbeaten Dan “The Determined” Argueta battles Brazilian prospect Diego Silva for the vacant LFA Bantamweight world championship.
