PFL vs. Bellator Full Card Announced
The card for the very first PFL vs. Bellator champs’ event has been revealed.
The card where worlds collide will take place on Saturday February 24th at Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
In the main event 2023 PFL Heavyweight Champion, 6’11” Brazilian Renan Ferreira faces reigning Bellator Heavyweight champion Ryan Bader. Bader is unbeaten at Heavyweight but hasn’t fought since beating Fedor last February. Ferreira has three knockout wins in the last six months.
2023 PFL Light-Heavyweight champion Impa Kasanganay will square off with Bellator undisputed Middleweight champion Johnny Eblen. Kasanganay went from the Challenger Series to the regular season and a champion winning five fights in 2023. Eblen won his 13th fight in a row in September defeating Fabian Edwards by TKO for a second successful title defense.
Two-time PFL Welterweight champion Magomed Magomedkerimov battles recently crowned Bellator champ Jason Jackson. Magomedkerimov has won six fights in a row coming off submitting 2022 PFL champion Sadibou Sy to win the 2023 title. Jackson is on a seven-fight win streak TKO capped by a third round to dethrone Yarolsav Amosov.
And the greatest Featherweight fighter in Bellator history, current champ Patricio “Pitbull” Freire will battle 2023 PFL Featherweight champ Jesus Pinedo. Pinedo lost the first fight of the regular season and then won the division with three consecutive knockouts.
Bellator Light-Heavyweight champion Vadim Nemkov makes his Heavyweight debut against 2022 PFL Heavyweight champ Bruno Cappelozza. Two division undisputed Boxing world champion Claressa Shields returns to MMA & grandson of famed boxer Muhammed Ali, Balaggio Ali Walsh makes his pro debut.
