Primus-Chandler 2 set for April 13
The first challenger for Brent Primus’s Bellator Lightweight title will be the man he dethroned, “Iron” Michael Chandler.
Primus-Chandler, the rematch is set for April 13th at the Family Arena in St. Charles Missouri. Their first meeting took place at Bellator “NYC”, Primus hurt and injured Chadler with low leg kick, to the calf. Chandler would have issues putting weight on the leg,leading the doctor to stopping the fight.
Primus (8-0) fights out the Sports Lab in Portland, Oregon, and has 6 finishes, all in the first round, 4 by submission. Chandler (17-4) a 2-time Bellator lightweight champion, has 13 finishes, 7 knockouts, 6 submissions, 9 wins in the first round, and is coming off a Bellator 192 unanimous decision win over Goitit Yamauchi.
