Wrecking Crew Promotions Reschedules The Rumble at Revel PC
The Rumble at Revel announcement Press Conference has been rebooked.
Many of you saw that last week it was announced that last Monday would be a press conference for The Rumble at Revel, but it was unfortunately canceled. Wrecking Crew Promotions has rescheduled the Press Conference for this coming Tuesday, January 10th, 2 p.m. MT at the Jack Candelaria Community Center. Headliner Matthew “Diamond Boy” Griego, co-main eventer Josh “Pitbull” Torres, Jordanne “OMG” Garcia, Maximus “Gladiator” Moya, & Justice Jiron are all expected to be in attendance. The promotions intends to have Griego & Torres’s opposition join the press conference through Facebook live.
The main event will see unbeaten Matthew “Diamond Boy” Griego against Puerto Rico’s Bryan Aquino. In March of 2020 “Diamond Boy” won his first professional title, picking up the ABF Continental Americas Flyweight title after defeating Jeronil Borres by decision. After a slew of issues outside of his control Griego returned to the ring this past June beating Gilberto Mendoza. Aquino comes in with half of his wins by knockout.
The co-main event will see New Mexico State champion Josh “Pitbull” Torres against Louisana’s Todd Manuel a 43-fight vet. Torres has won his last two fights knocking out Jose Morales at Inn of the Mountain Gods & beating Reggie Harris Jr. by decision in the main event of MVL1. Manuel won his seventh by knockout four-weeks ago stopping Albert Pacheco Rodriguez in the fifth round.
